Monitors inventory and initiates necessary stocking and restocking. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversees the daily receiving and distribution of the Maintenance Warehouse. Creates purchase orders for Maintenance Warehouse. Screens backorders and contacts vendors when necessary. Maintains the warehouse stock and keeps records in a neat, orderly and logical manner. Receives and updates computer records on incoming Maintenance Warehouse stock. Restocks shelves. Issues stock to Maintenance Department upon request. Issues material acquisition numbers for local purchases in accordance with the District Procurement Code and processes for payment.
